What's the difference between the two plans?
Yearly commitment plan
By committing to spend a minimum amount annually within Workgrounds, you get access to the full Workgrounds platform with all platform fees waived. For companies who already know what their annual travel spend will be, this is a great option as it increases your savings even more!
Pay per trip plan
If you're not ready to commit to spending a certain amount on travel, you can still get access to the Workgrounds platform and book unlimited trips. You'll pay a 5% platform fee on all transactions.

Pay per trip plan
If you're not ready to commit to spending a certain amount on travel, you can still get access to the Workgrounds platform and book unlimited trips. You'll pay a 5% platform fee on all transactions.
What if I don't meet the annual commitment?
If you sign up for our Yearly Commitment plan and then don't meet your annual commitment, you will be retroactively charged our platform fee (5%) across the bookings that were made within in that period.
How many trips can I book with the Pay Per Trip plan?
You can book as many trips as you'd like. There's no limit!
